33 weeks!

The countdown has really started now! 33 weeks - 7 to go!!! It's hard to believe that in 7ish weeks I will be holding my little baby girl. I can not wait!!!

I'm still feeling pretty good. Being tired is my main problem. Oh and trying to get comfortable in bed at night with all of my pillows supporting me. Which is probably why I am tired in the first place! :)

I had my doctors appointment yesterday afternoon and the doctor said everything looks good. Mirella's heartrate was at 130. Measuring right on at 33 weeks. She is still head down. YAY! I go back again in 2 weeks, then I will go to weekly appts. WOW! I gained another 4 lbs. So that is a total of 19 now. I feel pretty proud of that number. We'll see how the next 7 weeks go.

I have been thinking a lot about my birth plan, so that when the day comes I have all my wishes for how I want it to go, planned out. Spoke with the doctor about some of it yesterday, we are pretty much on the same page. So that's a good feeling. I need to pack my hospital bag pretty soon and get the infant car seat, we'll be all set!

We have just one more birthing class (6 weeks total) next week. We have learned A LOT from it and so glad we took the class.

Mirella is moving around alot and is very strong! They say at this point the average baby is over 4 lbs and 17 inches long. No wonder I can feel her every move in there. I love it so much!

Baby Shower for Mirella!

Mom put together a little baby shower for Mirella this past weekend. Although it was a pretty warm day, it was a lot of fun and Mirella got tons of cool stuff! Thank you to everyone who travelled to be a part of this special day. And thank you all for the thoughtful gifts. :)

Well we have pretty much completed Mirella's room! Still have a few little decoration things to do, but the paint is done, the furniture is built, and I did her first load of laundry the other day. SO MUCH FUN! I can't not even begin to tell you how much fun I'm having!

I'm 31 weeks now (9 weeks to go). Her heart rate is down to 121 now. Seems really low, but I guess thats just how it goes as we get closer to the end of the road here! Still measuring right on according to my doctors. I feel great other than my back hurting a bit sitting in my chair at work all day. I get up and walk around and stretch from time to time and that seems to make it go away temporarily. I have at least 5 more weeks of work...but more like 7 weeks. Planning to leave first week of June.

Can't wait to show everyone her room at the baby shower! It's so much cuter in person! But here are some pics for now...

Little Miss Hailey is a Star & Happy Bday Caitlyn!

Mom and Hailey came for a fun visit this past weekend. We went to Caitlyn's 1st bday party during the day in Auburn at a very pretty park. (I will post pics when I get them uploaded). Then that night we went to see Ann's flute show in Placerville. Hailey really wanted to go on stage and play with her. So she did!!! Here is the video...

Sorry this is probably really silly but I'm excited! New Kids On The Block were on the Today Show this morning!! :) They are going to tour in the fall and will do a sneak preview May 16th on the Today Show. EEEEKKKSSSS!!!

29 weeks

11 weeks to go!!! YAHOO!! Had my 29 week appt on Tuesday...I go every 2 weeks now. He said everything looks good and I'm measuring exact. I only gained 3 lbs this month...for a total of 11 all together. YAY me!!! I had the Rhogam shot done, just have to do it again when the baby comes.
